Individuals wanting to become a PCMI/WillSub employee and work in a client district(s) school must meet Federal, State, and PCMI/WillSub Requirements.

In addition to these requirements, the applicant should have some basic experience related to all duties connected to managing a classroom of students or possess the skill set required for this position to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

STEP ONE — Once you complete and submit your online application, PCMI/WillSub will review the application, required background check, and verification process to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and PCMI/WillSub requirements.  Substitute Teaching Applicants: during the application process you will be required to submit a copy of your valid teaching certificate OR a copy of your “Official Transcripts” reflecting a minimum of 90 earned credit hours on one transcript, obtained from an accredited four year university with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA.

STEP TWO — Once all of the requirements identified in Step One of the process have been met, an email notice will be sent instructing you to log into your Applitrack account to complete the appropriate new hire, tax, and payroll documents.
