March 10, 2025
This week’s positivity project strength is Perspective. Perspective means you appreciate that people see things in different ways. People with this strength have the ability to understand the word from multiple points of view.
From March 10th to the 14th, there will be a donation drive for students in Monkey River, Belize during your lunch hour. It is a small community in need of school supplies for the students. If you are willing to donate, please bring elementary-age reading books, math workbooks, notebooks, stationary, stickers, and any other school supplies during lunch.
Attention all 8th graders, the slideshow is in need of pictures so if you have any that are SCHOOL RELATED please send them to Delaney Spincich or Molly Plum.
March is reading month! Make sure you grab a Pit Spitters reading log outside the office if you haven't already! Additionally, your teachers wanted to celebrate by sharing some of their favorite books! Today is Mrs. Wilson's recommendation of I am Malala, the story of a girl who stood up for what she believed in and became the youngest nominee of the Nobel Peace Prize. Her true story of bravery in the face of danger will keep you interested until the last page!
It's almost Track Season!!! Any 6th through 8th graders interested in participating in track, please sign up in the office.
Happy Birthday to Conner Hill!
